Owner and BBQ aficionado Pitmaster - Chef Eric Thomas started The Rolling Grill BBQ & Personal Chef Service in the spring of 2004, with a vision of creating Atlanta's ultimate Barbeque and Al fresco dining experiences. 

Trained in the fine art of grilling and slow & low smoking at a very young age, Pitmaster - Chef Thomas has spent countless days and nights’ creating some of the world’s best Que.

                     

Thomas brings love and passion for fresh ingredients to every dish.

Having cooked for some of Atlanta's most prestigious residents, Thomas continues to offer up his succulent meals at different social events around the city and continues to educate his self on all things culinary.
